Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Business, Economics, and Accounting at Key Stage 4 and 5.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic and challenging curriculum.
• Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives and events.
• Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Engage in professional development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• Proven ability to teach at least two A-level subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in delivering high-quality lessons and managing a classroom effectively.
• Commitment to student achievement and development.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5.
• Familiarity with Ofsted standards and best practices in education.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
• Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events.
