Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning practices.
  • Participate in curriculum development and innovation where appropriate.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 1.
  • Proven ability to accelerate student progress and attainment.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of education and student welfare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development or a passion for educational innovation.
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, as required.
  • Experience with teaching in a co-educational or faith-based environment.
  • Familiarity with the Duke of Edinburgh Award or other co-curricular programs.
