- Participate in curriculum development and innovation where appropriate.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 1.
- Proven ability to accelerate student progress and attainment.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of education and student welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum development or a passion for educational innovation.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, as required.
- Experience with teaching in a co-educational or faith-based environment.
- Familiarity with the Duke of Edinburgh Award or other co-curricular programs.
