The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Rosenberg International Curriculum® to prepare students for International GCSEs, A-Levels, IB Diploma, and College Board Advanced Placement exams.
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students of all age groups, ensuring academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Employ modern teaching techniques and project-based learning to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Actively participate in the school’s Talent & Enrichment programme, offering students unique learning experiences and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve the school’s academic standards and innovative teaching practices.
  • Lead on projects and work independently to support the school’s mission and values.
  • Guide students through high-stakes examinations with a proven track record of excellent results.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Appropriate degree with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
  • Proven ability to teach the Rosenberg International Curriculum® and guide students to high academic achievement.
  • Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and ethos.

Preferred

  • Experience with project-based learning and modern teaching techniques.
  • Background in teaching students of diverse age groups and abilities.
  • Experience in co-curricular or enrichment programme development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in educational projects or curriculum development.
