Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Rosenberg International Curriculum® for English Language and Literature courses.
• Deliver high-quality instruction to students across a range of qualifications, including International GCSEs, A-Levels, IB Diploma, and Advanced Placements.
• Employ modern teaching techniques and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Prepare students for international examinations and competitions with a proven track record of academic success.
• Actively participate in the school’s Talent & Enrichment programme, including co-curricular and creative learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continued excellence and development of the school’s academic programs.
• Lead and manage classroom activities with a focus on student engagement and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant degree and a teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in international settings.
• Proven experience teaching English Language and Literature to students of all ages.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare students for International GCSEs, A-Levels, IB Diploma, and Advanced Placement examinations.
• Commitment to the school’s values and ethos, with a focus on student development and academic excellence.

Preferred

• Experience with the Rosenberg International Curriculum® or similar programs.
• Background in teaching students for international competitions.
• Experience in developing and leading co-curricular and enrichment programs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently on projects.
