The Opportunity:

As a Summer Camp House Tutor, you will play a vital role in the pastoral care and academic support of students. This position requires a dynamic individual who can lead sports or co-curricular activities and contribute to the overall success of the camp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and supervise students’ daily routines with a strong focus on wellbeing.
• Deliver sports and co-curricular activities to students of mixed age groups.
• Provide academic support and homework assistance to students.
• Implement and manage recreational and sports programs.
• Support the development and delivery of individual student plans.
• Perform driving duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A teaching qualification or equivalent pastoral experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in education or pastoral care.
• Experience in sports coaching or summer camp environments.
• Proven ability to deliver 1:1 tutoring, mentoring, or well-being counseling.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience with international students or multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with the Rosenberg International Curriculum.
• Experience in developing and delivering co-curricular programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
