Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Geography across the secondary school, including International GCSE, A-Level, IB, and AP programmes.
• Engage students in inquiry-based and interdisciplinary learning, integrating contemporary geographical debates and spatial analysis.
• Support the development and delivery of the Rosenberg International Curriculum®.
• Contribute to the school’s Talent & Enrichment programme and wider academic life.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a high-performing department to enhance teaching and learning.
• Adapt instruction to meet the needs of highly motivated and diverse international learners.
• Demonstrate leadership in developing and implementing innovative teaching initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent record of outstanding academic outcomes and effective classroom management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Appropriate degree with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Relevant teaching experience in secondary or international school contexts.
• Ability to teach across International GCSE, A-Level, IB, and AP programmes.
• Proven track record of guiding students to outstanding results in external examinations.
• Strong commitment to the values and ethos of the school.

Preferred

• Experience with IB or A-Level programmes.
• Familiarity with the Rosenberg International Curriculum®.
• Experience with inquiry-based and interdisciplinary teaching methods.
• Ability to integrate fieldwork and spatial analysis into Geography instruction.
• Experience contributing to co-curricular and enrichment programmes.
