The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business & IT Teacher to join our team and support students in developing essential skills for the modern world. This role offers the opportunity to teach both KS4 and KS5, with the potential to contribute across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business and IT at KS4 and KS5.
Plan and develop a coherent curriculum that promotes digital literacy and enterprise skills.
Support students in achieving their full potential through innovative teaching methods.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of education and student outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching practice.
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
Encourage student participation and engagement in both academic and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Business and IT at KS4 and KS5.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Ability to plan and deliver a stimulating and effective curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student achievement and personal development.

Preferred

Experience with teaching both KS3 and KS4 IT.
Familiarity with enterprise and business education.
Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
Involvement in extracurricular activities or student leadership programs.
