The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that engage and challenge students at KS4 and KS5.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student success and inclusion.
- Support the school's commitment to character education and well-being through positive role modeling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and enrichment opportunities.
- Participate in professional development and research initiatives to improve teaching practice.
- Contribute to the school’s enrichment programme and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Strong commitment to inclusion, student well-being, and character development.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching in a state school setting.
- Familiarity with the University of Birmingham’s resources and partnerships.
- Experience in curriculum development or enrichment programme delivery.
- Early Career Teacher support experience or willingness to engage with professional development opportunities.
