Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons that foster curiosity, confidence, and fluency in mathematical thinking.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a dynamic and ambitious Mathematics curriculum.
- Promote a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and evidence-informed teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school and within the BOA Group to share best practices and support student progress.
- Inspire students to apply their knowledge to solve problems with confidence and think logically.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through effective teaching and individualised learning pathways.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning across the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Commitment to raising standards and ensuring student progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the BOA Group.
- Experience in using evidence-informed approaches to support effective teaching and learning.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering Mathematics to a range of ability levels.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and innovative teaching methods.
- Passion for Mathematics and a commitment to educational excellence.
- Experience in curriculum development or leadership roles within a school setting.
