We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join our department and inspire students with engaging and innovative learning experiences. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on student progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that are engaging and stimulating for students.
  • Use ICT effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement a rich variety of extra-curricular activities related to Business Studies.
  • Contribute positively to the ethos and culture of the school.
  • Support students in achieving exceptional progress and success in their studies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and deliver a cohesive curriculum.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage a love of learning and a passion for Business Studies in students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business Studies.
  • Ability to teach A level Business Studies, with preference for candidates with experience in this area.
  • Strong commitment to student progress and academic excellence.
  • Excellent use of ICT in teaching and learning.
  • Willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos and values.
  • Experience in delivering engaging and innovative lessons.

Preferred

  • Experience working with able students or in a selective school setting.
  • Background in extra-curricular development or leadership.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
