The Opportunity:

As a Business Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring students at both KS4 and KS5 levels. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to contribute to a school that values excellence, innovation, and student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Business at KS4 and KS5, including A Level and Applied Business qualifications.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students.
  • Support students in achieving their maximum potential through effective teaching and assessment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement a strong curriculum.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Participate in the school’s professional development and training programs.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and events.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Business education.
  • Ability to teach Business at both KS4 and KS5 levels.
  • Commitment to student achievement and high standards of teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with young people and a passion for education.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching Economics at KS5 level.
  • Experience with exam preparation and assessment strategies.
  • Previous involvement in extra-curricular activities or leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with the school’s values and mission of student achievement and community.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range from £34,398 to £52,490 per annum.
