Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of the Business department and support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Lead and manage extra-curricular activities that enhance student learning and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent standards and a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Business at GCSE level.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that support student achievement.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to departmental development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, including extra-curricular activities.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Business at A Level.
