Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage extra-curricular activities that enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent standards and a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Business at GCSE level.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that support student achievement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to departmental development.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, including extra-curricular activities.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Business at A Level.
  • Background in leading or managing extra-curricular activities.
  • Experience with newly qualified teachers or early-career educators.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
