Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching Maths across key stages
• Proven ability to deliver consistently good or outstanding teaching
• Strong classroom management skills with high expectations of learning and behaviour
• Commitment to raising standards and continuous professional development
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students

Preferred

• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
• Experience working in a UTC or similar educational setting
• Leadership experience and evidence of successful initiatives
• Experience in health and care-related education or industry partnerships
