The Opportunity:

As a Career Counselor, you will support secondary students in making informed decisions about their future pathways, including higher education and career planning. This role is ideal for a passionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group career guidance to secondary students (Years 9–13)
• Support students with university applications (UK, US, Europe, and international pathways)
• Guide students on subject selection and career pathways aligned with their interests and strengths
• Organize career events, university fairs, and workshops
• Build relationships with universities and external partners
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to enhance student outcomes
• Stay current with international university admissions trends and requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment

Preferred

• Recognized qualification in Career Guidance/Counseling
