Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Support students from diverse backgrounds, including EAL learners
• Manage and motivate a varied group of students across multiple year groups
• Utilize digital tools such as Google Classroom and Google Meet to enhance teaching and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
• Contribute to department and whole-school initiatives and priorities
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance processes
• Participate in student assessments and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field
• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum one year of teaching experience in a secondary setting
• Confident knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for secondary Mathematics
• Strong classroom management skills

Preferred

• Experience teaching across a range of secondary year groups
• Proficiency in using digital tools to support learning
• Experience with bilingual and multilingual education
