Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors across multiple catering and retail outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all service areas.
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and retail products in line with health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of retail and catering supplies.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Assist with the management of cash and sales records as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous experience in a catering or retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take on responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems or retail management software.
