Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors across multiple catering and retail outlets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all service areas.
• Assist with the preparation and service of food and retail products in line with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of retail and catering supplies.
• Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Assist with the management of cash and sales records as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Previous experience in a catering or retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take on responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
