Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons in Engineering and CIT subjects.
  • Support the development and delivery of T Level qualifications.

  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching Engineering, CIT, or related subjects.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching business, project management, quality, or commercial subjects.
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership.
  • Experience with T Level qualifications.
  • Knowledge of industry partnerships and apprenticeship frameworks.
