Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Chemistry lessons that foster curiosity and a love for science.

- Support students in developing problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of Chemistry.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Science department and wider Trust to enhance teaching and learning.

- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages all students to thrive.
- Engage with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student achievement and wellbeing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Chemistry or a related subject.
- Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the appropriate level.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student success and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and delivering innovative, research-based curricula.
- Background in professional development and CPD delivery.
- Experience with inclusive teaching strategies and supporting diverse learners.
- Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
