Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and inspire students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that is innovative, inclusive, and aligned with research.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the appropriate level.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, including literature and language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student success and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and innovation.
- Familiarity with research-driven teaching methods.
- Experience working in a Multi Academy Trust or similar educational setting.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
