Key Responsibilities:
- Support lessons and assist departments across a range of academic subjects
- Coach sport or contribute to the co-curricular programme
- Take an active role within a boarding house, supporting pupils and promoting a positive community spirit
- Develop pastoral expertise and build strong relationships with students
- Participate in a structured induction and ongoing training programme
- Engage in a wide range of activities and events that enhance student life
- Work closely with experienced staff and learn from outstanding practitioners
- Contribute to the school's mission of fostering excellence in education and personal development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A graduate degree from a recognised institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in working with young people

- Willingness to live in a boarding house and participate fully in school life
