Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lessons and assist departments across a range of academic subjects
  • Coach sport or contribute to the co-curricular programme
  • Take an active role within a boarding house, supporting pupils and promoting a positive community spirit
  • Develop pastoral expertise and build strong relationships with students
  • Participate in a structured induction and ongoing training programme
  • Engage in a wide range of activities and events that enhance student life
  • Work closely with experienced staff and learn from outstanding practitioners

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A graduate degree from a recognised institution
