The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee strategic finance, risk management, HR, and asset management functions.
• Collaborate with the Head and executive team to implement the school’s strategic development plans.
• Provide expert commercial advice to drive operational and financial success.
• Ensure all decisions are made with the best interests of students at the forefront.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams across all operational areas.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
• Implement effective systems and processes to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and financial standards.
