Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise students in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with the delivery of a varied and engaging extra-curricular programme.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, acting as a positive role model.
  • Collaborate with the boarding team to ensure the smooth running of boarding house operations.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
  • Promote the values of the school, including ambition, opportunity, and community.
  • Support the academic and personal development of students through mentorship and encouragement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with young people in a supportive or educational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Strong team-working abilities and a willingness to collaborate.
  • Flexibility, stamina, and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring.
