Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with valid QTS.
  • Experience of teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and active citizenship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience of working in a Rights Respecting School or similar environment.
  • Experience of supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based teaching practices.
  • Experience of working within a federation or multi-academy trust.
