Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification
- Commitment to the Christian ethos of the school
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and take on responsibility
Preferred
- Experience in early years or primary education
- Previous mentoring experience or a willingness to engage in professional development
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection
- Familiarity with British Values and inclusive education practices
