Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted feedback and support
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and events
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of all students
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance
- Stay current with educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the classroom
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High expectations of student behavior and achievement
Preferred
- Experience with Early Years or primary education
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices
- Experience with curriculum development or leadership in the classroom
- Strong organizational and time management skills
