The Opportunity:
A school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher Part Time to inspire students and support their learning journey. This role offers flexibility with part-time hours and is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire pupils across a range of subjects, helping them reach their full potential.
- Design and deliver effective learning plans that support progression across ability levels.
- Plan and implement lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Support the school’s mission to provide an outstanding education for all students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities.
- Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching, either as a newly qualified teacher or with a proven track record.
- Strong ability to plan and deliver lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Commitment to student progress and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
- Experience in working within an academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire students.
- Familiarity with educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
