Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective learning plans that support progression across ability levels.
  • Plan and implement lessons that engage and challenge students.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Participate in staff development and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching, either as a newly qualified teacher or with a proven track record.
  • Strong ability to plan and deliver lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Commitment to student progress and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
  • Experience in working within an academy trust or similar educational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire students.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
