Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and hygienic environments across all school premises.
• Ensure all areas are tidied and maintained to the highest standards.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Services team to support the school’s operations.
• Undertake routine cleaning tasks in classrooms, offices, and communal areas.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Adhere to the school’s values and standards of excellence in all tasks.
• Support the school’s mission to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a similar cleaning role.
• A strong moral purpose and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.

Preferred

• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
