The Opportunity:

As an Academy Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services team as the trust continues to grow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Services team in the delivery of administrative and operational functions.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate communication between academy leadership and central trust teams.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across all operations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of school systems and processes.
  • Support the management of data and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of academy operations.
  • Promote the values and mission of the trust in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to improving educational outcomes and supporting student success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or large educational organisation.
  • Familiarity with school operations and administrative systems.
  • Knowledge of educational policy and best practices.
  • Experience in supporting professional development and staff growth.
