As an Academy Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services team as the trust continues to grow. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Services team in the delivery of administrative and operational functions.
- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate communication between academy leadership and central trust teams.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across all operations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of school systems and processes.
- Support the management of data and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of academy operations.
- Promote the values and mission of the trust in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to improving educational outcomes and supporting student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or large educational organisation.
- Familiarity with school operations and administrative systems.
