Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning through one-to-one, small group, and whole-class interventions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

- Provide tailored support to pupils to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and adults.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a leadership specialism.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in a faith-based school setting.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
