Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning through one-to-one, small group, and whole-class interventions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• Provide tailored support to pupils to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and adults.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience in a school with a leadership specialism.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in a faith-based school setting.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
