The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise cleaning staff across multiple sites in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, and Liverpool.
  • Ensure that all areas of the school meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Support the Business Services team in the delivery of operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and students to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report on the condition of school premises.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with managing a team in a multi-site environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations in the North of England.
