Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong track record in improving school performance and student outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and school management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and the well-being of students and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching and learning approaches.
- Experience with flexible working arrangements and staff well-being initiatives.
- Background in leading school improvement projects or change management.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
