Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school meets all statutory requirements and follows best practices in education.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of a knowledge-rich curriculum that maximises student achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong track record in improving school performance and student outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and school management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and the well-being of students and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching and learning approaches.
  • Experience with flexible working arrangements and staff well-being initiatives.
  • Background in leading school improvement projects or change management.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
