As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services team through the next phase of growth across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to staff and students.
• Maintain and update IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with the Business Services team to implement IT solutions that support the school’s goals.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures across all locations.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Monitor and report on IT system performance and usage.
• Provide guidance and training to users on IT tools and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a similar IT Technician role.
• Strong moral purpose and drive for improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience working within a multi-academy trust or large educational institution.
• Familiarity with flexible working arrangements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with remote and on-site support.
