The Opportunity:

As a College Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a school. This part-time position offers the chance to contribute to a friendly and efficient service for students, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for reception duties and reprographics, while working closely with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and efficient service to students, staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including answering calls and emails.
  • Support the reprographics service and ensure all printing needs are met.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and cover staffing as required.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly image of the school at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep accurate records and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Represent the school’s values and ethos in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a college or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of educational processes and procedures.
  • Experience with reprographics or printing equipment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple areas of the school.
