The Opportunity:
As a Combined Cadet Force Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping young talent and ensuring a safe, high-energy environment for cadets. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose and inspire the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Westminster database, security clearances, and recruitment processes.
- Oversee the MOD loan stores, grants, and the CCF budget.
- Draft expert risk assessments and ensure compliance and security during drills and exercises.
- Maintain unit standards for Biennial and Security inspections.
- Champion student welfare and safeguarding with a "warm-strict" approach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Serving Combined Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV) with deep knowledge of cadet operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the Westminster system.
- Ability to lead during camps and unsociable hours.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
Preferred
- First Aid, SAAI, Adventure Training qualifications, or a D1 Minibus license.
