Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.

  • Stay up to date with developments in Computer Science and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Full teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching Computer Science at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and delivering innovative Computer Science curricula.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and digital technologies.
  • Experience with inclusive teaching practices and supporting students with diverse needs.
