The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students and contributing to the school’s mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across all key stages by covering classes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the school’s curriculum.
  • Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s behavior policies.
  • Communicate regularly with subject leads and senior staff to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
  • Support the school’s commitment to student well-being and personal development.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including recording attendance and submitting reports.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities provided by the school.

Qualifications & Skills:
