Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in science education
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding classroom teaching
• Strong commitment to student progress and achievement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on leadership and initiative within the school

Preferred

• Experience in leading curriculum or pedagogical initiatives
• Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for teaching and learning

• Background in working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational setting
