Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in science education
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding classroom teaching
- Strong commitment to student progress and achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take on leadership and initiative within the school
Preferred
- Experience in leading curriculum or pedagogical initiatives
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for teaching and learning
- Experience in pastoral or extra-curricular roles
- Background in working within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational setting
