Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Maintain a positive and structured learning environment for students.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and other staff members.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient management of classroom activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to lesson planning and student records.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to understand and follow lesson plans.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Previous experience working in a school environment.
