Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exams are conducted in accordance with JCQ Examination Procedures.
  • Maintain a calm, fair, and well-organised environment throughout the exam session.
  • Confirm availability and complete required training before exam periods.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times.
  • Follow procedures accurately to preserve the integrity of the examination process.
  • Support students in a manner that promotes their confidence and performance.
  • Adhere to all statutory and school-specific training requirements.
  • Declare any previous invigilation experience or current sanctions related to maladministration/malpractice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a fair and secure exam environment.
  • Availability during key exam periods (May, June, November, January).
  • Ability to complete training and confirm understanding of confidentiality and security requirements.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in invigilation or a similar role.
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis and adapt to changing schedules.

Compensation & Benefits:
