The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver outstanding support to pupils, teachers, and stakeholders. This role is central to ensuring a positive learning environment and is vital to the school's mission of empowering young people through education and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage administrative tasks and support the smooth running of the school.
  • Assist with the coordination of school events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality educational experience through effective communication and organisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the needs of the school community are met.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Use IT systems and software to support daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an administrative or reception role.
  • Experience working within an educational environment.
  • Knowledge of IT software such as MS Office and databases used in schools.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Understanding of school processes and systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
