Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality maths lessons that engage and challenge students.

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

  • Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in maths.
  • Experience working in an alternative provision setting or with vulnerable students.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s values of excellence, independence, and community.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with special educational needs or behaviour management strategies.
  • Familiarity with alternative provision frameworks and best practices.
