Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth running of the school.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems and databases are up to date.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Assist with the delivery of school events and initiatives that support student success.
  • Support the school’s leadership and character development programmes where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming school environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard.
  • Experience in an administrative or reception role.
  • Experience working within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in IT software such as MS Office and school databases.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of school-specific processes and systems.
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • An understanding of leadership and character development in education.
