Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth running of the school.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems and databases are up to date.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Assist with the delivery of school events and initiatives that support student success.
- Support the school’s leadership and character development programmes where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming school environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard.
- Experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Experience working within an educational environment.
- Proficiency in IT software such as MS Office and school databases.
Preferred
- Knowledge of school-specific processes and systems.
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- An understanding of leadership and character development in education.
