The Opportunity:
As a Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of student and organisational data. You will support data-driven decision-making and provide administrative and planning support within the Information Services department, helping to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service to students, parents, and staff
- Process data change requests and apply validation and quality assurance checks
- Support application and enrolment processes by entering data and setting up systems
- Lead on incoming application checks, investigate queries, and record outcomes
- Coordinate communication and the collection, recording, and reporting of HE application and enrolment data
- Ensure compliance with data management principles and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Information Services systems
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working in a busy environment with strong organisational and planning skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults
- Understanding of data management principles and processes
Preferred
- Experience in data management or information services
- Familiarity with educational systems and processes
- Experience with data entry and system setup
- Knowledge of HE application and enrolment procedures
- Experience with administrative planning and support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from £27,733 to £30,444 per annum
