Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in RE and Humanities at KS3 and RE at KS4.
• Develop and implement strategies to raise student attainment and achievement.
• Contribute to the wider academy through collaboration and shared initiatives.
• Support the school’s vision for innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality curriculum.
• Promote positive student behavior and a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in staff development and training programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in RE and Humanities at KS3 and RE at KS4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a proven track record of raising attainment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and student support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

• Experience in developing innovative teaching strategies.
• Experience with curriculum design and assessment.
• Experience in leading or supporting staff development initiatives.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
