Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data architectures to support AI and analytics initiatives.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance student outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Support the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and EdTech to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in an educational or EdTech environment.
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
  • Experience with data pipeline development and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with predictive analytics or AI-driven solutions in education.
  • Familiarity with EdTech platforms and learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
