The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness across our school sites. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, a clear communicator, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to the highest standard
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored safely and used correctly
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately
• Work flexible hours, including evenings from 5pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
• Communicate effectively with other members of the housekeeping team
• Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures
• Complete cleaning logs and records as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in cleaning or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Flexibility to work evenings and across multiple sites

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational setting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with cleaning in a school or similar environment
• Ability to work on a part-time basis
