Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s vision and priorities.
- Lead and develop senior leaders through regular 1-1 meetings and support their professional growth and wellbeing.
- Oversee curriculum quality and ensure student learning is student-led, with a focus on progress and attainment.
- Analyse performance data and use insights to design and evaluate improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders, including universities and employers.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion policies across all areas of responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student success and a track record of improving student outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience in a sixth form or further education setting.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance evaluation techniques.
- Experience in leading curriculum development and student engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Gatsby benchmarks and student progression frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £76,662 to £80,383.
