Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching Design Technology at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
Preferred
- Experience with cross-curricular and project-based learning.
- Familiarity with industry-standard Design Technology tools and software.
- Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities.
- Background in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
