Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in teaching Design Technology at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and personal development.

Preferred

  • Experience with cross-curricular and project-based learning.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard Design Technology tools and software.
  • Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities.
  • Background in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
