Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
• Contribute to the development of a new and innovative Design & Technology curriculum.
• Support students in achieving academic success and preparing for higher education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inspiring learning environment.
• Promote a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills.
• Participate in staff development, mentorship, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of all equipment and resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject experience.
• Proven ability to teach Design & Technology at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development.

Preferred
