Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to support the school’s development programme.
• Manage and deliver a range of donor events and engagement activities.

• Maintain a stewardship strategy to ensure donors are appropriately thanked and recognised.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to meet annual fundraising targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors.
• Support the school’s mission by promoting its values and achievements to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in fundraising or development within an educational or non-profit setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in event planning and donor engagement.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.

Preferred

• Experience in working within a school or educational institution.
• Knowledge of donor management systems or fundraising software.
